Job Role: Accounts Payable Clerk

Salary: \xc2\xa325,000 - \xc2\xa327,000 DOE

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounts function based out of our Head Office in Trafford Park. As an Accounts Payable Clerk your role will be action the day to day running of the purchase ledger.

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you can expect to be doing:

• Maintaining & controlling the AP Ledger
• Checking AP Ledger thoroughly to ensure no negative balances.
• Assisting with the setup of new suppliers
• Processing and authorising internal expenses
• Supporting the wider accounts team during busy periods and holidays
• Working with the Accounting Manager to implement a new AP Invoice approval system

A few things about you:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Payable
• Knowledge of working with Access Financials is desireable
• Maths and English GCSE Level 3 or above
• Our culture is built on great communication with our colleagues, clients, and candidates, so you will have exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Fluency in English is essential.
• Face to face collaboration with our colleagues and clients is important to us, so the role is office based.
