Job Description

We are looking for a unique talent to join us as Accounts Payable based at our London HQ, near Holborn station, paying 30k per annum.


The individual will cover the Accounts Payable position within YOTEL Head Office. This position would suit someone in a similar position, and who wouldn't necessarily have worked in hotels before. is


Essential for this role:

Attention to detail Good time management Ability to organise and prioritise tasks Ability to communicate with people in a professional and friendly manner Flexible, open to ideas and able to adapt to the requirements of the business Knowledge of SUN and BirchStreet is preferable but not essential

Function of this role:

Post invoices across multiple sites/ countries - multi currency involvedmonth-end Assist with and process bi-monthly payment runs Assist with/ facilitate month-end reporting - accruals and prepayments Reconciliation of all statements; requesting missing invoices and making adjustments where necessary To have good communication skills and proficiently liaise with all departments on an ongoing basis; particularly as and when supplies have been requested/arrived for a particular department. To work collaboratively as a team and help each other where necessary Maintains up-to-date Accounts Payable records and reconciles monthly all Accounts Payable ledgers (i.e. Trade suppliers, accruals, prepaid etc.) against General Ledger.
