Job Description

The Accounts Payable Officer will play a key role in managing supplier payments and ensuring accurate financial records. This permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in accounting and finance.

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for:
Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Manage accounts payable records and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare and process payment runs in line with company policies.
Assist with month-end processes and provide accounts payable data as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function.
