Gazebo Fine Foods Limited is a UK based food manufacturing company. For over 35 years, we have been producing mouth-watering dishes in our UK food factory, inspired by international flavours.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of UK Accounts Payable experience In manufacturing business or similar industry.

Job Responsibilities

-Daily posting of vendor Invoices and Credits on to the finance system.

-Processing Supplier Payment on timely manner

-Correspond with Vendors in regard to Statements and related queries

-Assisting the Accountant with month end reconciliations

-Supplier Payment reconciliation

-Overseeing the accounts payable in-box

-Prepare payment runs and corresponding documents and checks

- Assisting in month end physical stock take process and in preparation of final stock value

-Support with bank reconciliations

-Maintenance of all filing - electronic and physical

-Obtaining valid internal authorization for transactions

-Assist in preparation of KPI Reports in excel

-Maintenance of credit note log and chasing supplier for paper work

-Assist in any other tasks which the accountant needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
