Job Description

As our next accounts payable specialist (German speaking), you'll be instrumental in proactively building strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure that accounts are monitored and processed on a timely basis and that the Trade Payable ledger reflects the true position of money owed by Starbucks. You will be maintaining end-to-end accounts payable processing for the EMEA region.



To excel in this role, you'll need to be detail-oriented and comfortable challenging the data where needed. Working with a team of dedicated professionals, you'll be responsible for guaranteeing an effective and efficient service by maintaining end-to-end accounts payable processing for the EMEA region.

You're not the type to not proactively support the team and wouldn't want to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. The role isn't pure accounts payable administration. In this role, you'll be able to communicate with a range of stakeholders globally. This is about being challenged and given opportunities to grow and develop through partnering with multiple business functions within Starbucks EMEA.



As an accounts payable specialist (German speaking), you are detail-oriented and comfortable challenging the data where needed, and you would relish driving a team player attitude and would be motivated by making a difference within Starbucks. Your remit would be maintaining end-to-end accounts payable processing for the EMEA region.


The Key Requirements...




fluency in German language, written and verbal good analytical and problem-solving skills proactive, detail-oriented, organised, and highly collaborative some accounts payable experience
