Job Description

Inda Pubs is an independent group of 10 gastro pubs across London. As the business continues to grow, we're strengthening our central finance team and are looking for an experienced, confident Accounts Payable professional to take full ownership of the AP function.

The Role

This is a key, sole-charge Accounts Payable position covering the end-to-end AP process across multiple entities. Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will act as the senior point of contact for Accounts Payable, ensuring accuracy, control, and timely payments.

The role suits someone who is self-sufficient, highly organised, and confident working independently, with the ability to resolve supplier and internal queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end management of Accounts Payable across multiple entities

High-volume invoice processing and supplier statement reconciliations

Preparing and managing payment runs

Resolving supplier and internal queries efficiently

Handling supplier set-ups, forms, and verification processes

Maintaining controls across multiple inboxes and systems

About You

Fully AAT-qualified, Accounting degree, or other recognised accounting qualification

Minimum 5 years' recent, hands-on Accounts Payable experience

Proven experience in a sole-charge or senior AP role

Multi-entity or multi-site experience (hospitality desirable)

Strong systems knowledge (Xero / Hubdoc preferred)

Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Capable of taking full ownership of the AP function
