Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be working with our market leading client to hire an Accounts Payable Team Member. Our client is based in the City Centre of Glasgow and operate on a hybrid basis (3 days a week in the office and 2 from home). Their focus is around delivering exceptional results, whilst also ensuring that employees enjoy a great work life balance. This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.
The Opportunity
The Finance Assistant will be supporting the Accounts Payable Function within the Finance Team. Your responsibilities will include:
Data processing of supplier invoices Management of the invoice mailboxes Processing of invoices manually General administration duties within the finance team
Background and Experience
You will be a quick learner and have previous experience in a similar role. You will have good communication skills, be able to use initiative and have good attention to detail.
