You'll be working closely with a supportive team in a collaborative and relaxed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile financial records, including ledgers and bank statements
Process customer and supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
Manage customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Prepare monthly management accounts
Manage the 4-weekly payroll for 13 employees, including HMRC submissions
Provide general administrative support as needed
About You
Experienced in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally with an
AAT qualification
(or equivalent)
Confident using
Sage accounting software
and
Microsoft Office
(Outlook, Word, Excel)
Highly organised with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage a varied workload
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers
Flexible, adaptable, and a reliable team player
Friendly, proactive, and eager to contribute to a positive workplace
