We have created a new role for a detail-driven finance professional who can join G&L's core team and make an impact in a fast-paced, global environment.



We are looking for an Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end billing operations and support our growing international business.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure timely, accurate invoicing and compliance with contracts and regulations Managing accounts receivable, monitoring aging, and supporting effective collections Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams Resolving billing issues with professionalism, clarity, and empathy Supporting month-end close, reporting, and continuous process improvement

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years' experience in billing or AR in a medium/large global organization Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail Confidence working with ERP systems and automated billing tools Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities Ability to thrive under deadlines and adapt in a dynamic environment Part-qualified/qualified accountant (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) desirable but not essential


This role offers the opportunity to work in a pivotal support team in a rapidly growing life sciences consultancy company.
