About The Role:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk / Management Accountant to join our Group Finance team. This is a key role responsible for billing company recharges to our subsidiaries, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting wider group finance activities.

In addition, the role offers exposure to a variety of ad hoc tasks such as audit support and group administrative projects, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a broad finance function.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and process recharge invoices to subsidiaries in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable balances across the group. Assist with month-end and year-end processes. Provide support during audits, including preparing documentation and liaising with auditors. Contribute to group administrative tasks and ad hoc finance projects. Collaborate with colleagues across the Group Finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial reporting.

About You:



Ideally studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (AAT / ACCA / CIMA) or eager to begin studying - full study support will be provided. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing. Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and subsidiaries. Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with accounting systems.
