Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and friendly Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team at Account Media.

The role is part time with flexible hours, which are to be taken over the core office hours of 9am -5pm.

Account Media are a London-based B2B demand generation specialist, who help global enterprise technology brands fuel their sales pipeline via content-led demand generation tactics. We generate high-quality leads and work exclusively with publishers and demand providers, enabling them to maximize revenue through scalable, precise, and performance-driven demand generation services.

We are headquartered in London, with outsourced teams based across Latvia, South Africa, and the Philippines, allowing us to operate globally while staying closely connected to our partners and clients.

This position will work closely with the CFO and Accountant, highly skilled professionals with deep industry knowledge, providing an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience within today's dynamic finance career environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

:

The primary responsibilities will be raising monthly invoices to clients, liaising with the team for queries, uploading data into Salesforce and chasing any unpaid amounts.

You will work closely with our campaign management team on billing queries, build and maintain great relationships with clients and their finance/AP teams, keep all contact details up to date, and ensure accurate record-keeping with strong attention to detail and timely email follow-ups.

Account Media has a small but complex client base, where various individual requirements need to be accommodated for. This makes the role more than just processing as we require professional and effective communication to manage the client list.

There will be a period of handover and support as you learn the intricacies of the role. This will require you to be in the office more frequently during this induction stage.

Support the wider finance team as when required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:



You will be a hard-working and highly organised individual that has excellent communication skills and confident to communicate at all levels.

Prior experience working in an Accounts/Administrator Role

Track record of working with systems - inc Xero Strong Attention to detail Excellent communicatiokills both public and internal (verbal and written) Time management and efficient Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise Pro-active - do you ask "is there a better way" Positive and professional attitude Good knowledge of Excel and Word
Note: The advertised salary reflects a FTE equivalent role, your pay will be pro-rated to reflect a 20 hour working week.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
