Available position:

The position of the Accounts Receivable Manager is in a fast paced and exciting office environment, based in West Reading. At Crumbs Food Company Limited we cater for a vast variety of corporate offices in around the Reading area as well as Schools and Nurseries in and around the Thames Valley.

The responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Manager role include but are not restricted to the below:

Prepare and issue all corporate invoices Prepare and issue all monthly school and nursery invoices Accounts email inbox management Providing excellent customer service at all times Dealing with customer queries relating to their invoices Supplier onboarding General administrative Accounts duties
The ideal candidate must be:

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) Organised with the ability to prioritise Proficient in the use of Excel Previous administrative experience within an Accounts department highly desirable Good knowledge of QuickBooks highly desirable Previous experience with FLEX Software, COUPA, Ariba SAP highly desired
