We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Accounts Receivable & Payable Executive

to join our

dynamic young team

in the freight forwarding sector. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations and supporting both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing supplier payment schedules and ensuring accurate updates of current accounts. Coordinate payment run schedules with suppliers and allocate invoices within

Sage X3

. Liaise with customers regarding payments, remittances, and statements. Support Treasury, Accounting & Tax teams with operational and financial flows related to Accounts Payable. Working closely with Head Office with financial reporting Ensure compliance with all internal financial procedures and safety requirements. Report and escalate any issues that may affect financial accuracy, operations, or compliance. Act in accordance with the Group's

Quality, Environment & Safety Manual

in case of emergencies.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of

2 years' experience

in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring accuracy in financial records. Previous experience with

Sage X3

is an advantage, but not required (full training will be provided).
