Salary: Up to 26,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (Flexi Time considered)

What we are looking for:

At least 1 years experience in an accounting environment/team IT literate and good knowledge of Excel Previous use of electronic accounting software

Areas of Responsibility:

To raise and process adhoc sales invoices To undertake weekly/monthly review of the debtors ledger, to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectable amounts er accounted for and miscellaneous differences are cleared To set up Sales Ledger accounts To undertake customer deposit reconciliations and process transaction to the accounts database To undertake the reconciliation of the daily cashflow to the previous days bank To undertake the daily processing of the bank transactions, both income and expenditure To undertake daily bank reconciliations on multiple bank accounts To undertake daily processing and reconciliation of POS data To undertake the weekly trackers and email out to recipients To undertake daily stocking loan reconciliations To undertake daily bank payments To undertake vehicle supplier monthly reconciliations To undertake monthly reconciliation of finance commission and process debit back and adjustments as required To assist the finance team with any reasonable duties as requested
