This leading Accountancy Practice supply into a variety of sectors from agriculture to construction and education and provide accountancy and tax advisory service to small, medium and large companies. This varied role involves working with clients, analysing processes and systems and finding innovate resolutions, as well as preparing management accounts, supervising and supporting junior members and ensuring all planning objectives are met. This Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri role offer 7.5 hour days where set office hours are 10-12am and 2-4pm and the rest is completely flexible to accommodate for a healthy work-life balance as well as an opportunity to convert overtime into additional holiday days.

This role would suit a Qualified Accountant or similar that is ready to delve into an exciting and dynamic role offering numerous training and progression opportunities carrying out various accounting tasks within a leading UK practice.

The role:

• Working with clients, analysing processes and systems and finding innovate resolution
• Preparing management accounts, and working on varied accounting responsibilities
• supervising and supporting junior members and ensuring all planning objectives are met.
• Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (7.5 hour days) with flexible working (fixed hours are 10am-12pm and 14:00pm-16:00pm)

The person:

• Qualified Accountant or similar
• Xero and Sage experience
• Commutable to Basildon
