Accounts Senior Director/Partner Designate Role (ACA or ACCA Qualified) - Full Time (9-5.30 Mon-Fri) - Salary negotiable depending on experience (60-70k).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategically minded individual to join our growing practice in Harrow. The role will start at Director level with the opportunity to become a Partner.

We expect the Company to grow substantially over the next few years so this is a position with real opportunity. In addition to a strong background in an accounting practice environment, the successful individual will have strong organisational skills and have a strong eye for detail. They will also need to have great interpersonal skills, flexibility and enthusiasm. It is essential that the individual be articulate, focussed, and excellent at multi-tasking. They must be able to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.

Key Tasks

Managing a team of 10 staff (7 in the UK and 3 in Nepal)

Building strong relationships with our clients ensuring that we continue to offer a quality service

Assisting in AML compliance

Overseeing all aspects of book-keeping, payroll and CIS alongside the practice manager

Completing final Accounts for HMRC and Companies House as well as client personal tax returns

Key Skills/Experience

A strong business developer who is keen to build contacts and network within the local business community

Monitoring developments in the accounting marketplace to help retain competitiveness and efficiency of service provision

Excellent organisational skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines, self-motivated with a can do attitude - essential

Previous experience in a similar position - essential

Accounts production software- essential

Sage 50 Accounts - advantageous

Sage 50 Payroll - advantageous

Xero - advantageous

Quickbooks - advantageous

SageOne - advantageous

Strong Excel skills - essential

Pay: 60,000.00-70,000.00 per year
