Kyzen Sports is a young, exciting firm that offers a tailored service to their clients, with services covering both accounts, tax & more.

Kyzen's client base is made up of mostly sports professionals including football, rugby & cricket players at a variety of different levels.

We understand that many athletes struggle to deal with their finances and taxes whilst managing their busy schedule. Athletes needn't be burdened with these worries whilst trying to take the next step in their career. We help educate our clients, develop close personal relationships with them and assist with both their short- and long-term financial goals.

Our tax senior role provides candidates with an opportunity to liaise face to face with professional athletes, grow their already strong technical knowledge of UK tax laws & mange a small team of like-minded professionals.

Tax Senior will be responsible for:

Complex personal tax returns. Liaising directly with clients. Attending client meetings alone. Assisting with the wealth management department. Provide clients with current & future year tax planning. Review of small/medium limited company accounts. Preparation of larger, complex limited company accounts. Corporation tax returns. VAT returns. Managing a small team of tax assistants & semi-seniors.

Required skills / experience / attitude.

Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice. Experience of completing a personal tax return. Sound understanding of a tax code. Exceptional personable skills. Highly ambitious.

Preferred skills / experience / attitude.

Experienced in completing & reviewing limited company accounts. A genuine interest in progressing your accounting career.
