About Us

We are a well-established accountancy practice dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients across a range of sectors. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced AAT Qualified/Part ACCA qualified Accountant (QBE would be considered) to join our friendly and professional team.

The Role

As an Accounts Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and compliance services to our clients. You will manage a varied portfolio and work closely with senior staff to ensure deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Preparation and submission of VAT returns and management accounts. Assisting with personal and corporation tax compliance. Liaising with clients to gather information and resolve queries promptly. Supporting senior accountants and partners with ad-hoc tasks.

About You

AAT Qualified with at least 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice. Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax compliance. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Confident communicator with a proactive approach.

Pay: Up to 35,000.00 per year
