We supply innovative POS systems, payment solutions, and associated hardware for hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes, and retail operators. We are seeking an Accounts & Stores Assistant to support our finance team and manage day-to-day activity in our stores area.
What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in keeping our finance processes accurate and our stores area running efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities
Processing purchase orders, supplier invoices and payments
Maintaining accurate stock and asset records
Entering stock movements in the accounting system
Monitoring stock levels and raising supplier orders as required
Coordinating deliveries to customers and other office locations
Managing incoming goods and equipment returns
Carrying out monthly stock takes and reconciling variances
Managing staff expenses and reimbursement records
Keeping the stores area tidy, organised and well maintained
Assisting with general finance and administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in an accounts or administrative role (stock control experience an advantage)
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Confident using Excel and accounting software
Good communication and organisational skills
A positive, can-do attitude and genuine pride in keeping things organised and presentable
Comfortable with light lifting and maintaining a neat stores area
