Due to continued growth, we are seeking a part-time Accounts Supervisor to support our busy office team and management.

Summary:



We are seeking an Account Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the security services industry, located in Egham, Surrey. The Account Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery, aligning with our commitment to excellence.

Systems & Skills:



SAGE Accounting Software - essential

Strong background in finance and administration Confident with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and manage your own workload

Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Overseeing invoicing, debt collection, and purchase orders Manage accounts payable processes efficiently. Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support. Manage customer and supplier invoice queries (phone/email) Preparing and issuing sales contracts Providing reports and financial data to senior management Liaising with other departments on finance and admin matters Filing, archiving, and maintaining accurate records

Schedule:



Part-time: 25-30 hours per week Monday to Friday (some flexibility considered)

Salary (Part-Time):



24,500 - 29,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: 24,500.00-29,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
