We are looking for a motivated, organised and friendly individual to join our busy office team.
Job description:
Liaise with customer and suppliers.
Processing invoices
Processing paperwork for invoice using Connectwise, Dext & Xero accounting package.
Dealing with sales ledger inquiries
Checking and processing Customer information, updating records.
Keeping Customers, Suppliers and Team updated with relevant information.
Supporting the management team where needed with the administration of office functions.
Communication with a variety of customers and suppliers via telephone and email.
The successful applicant Ideally you would possess the following skills however we are open to consider a more junior candidate who has the right attitude and personality as training will be given.
Worked in an administrative, accounts or Customer Service role previously
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Is computer literate
Has a high level of attention to detail
Experience of working with Xero accounts package.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
