In your new role as Accounts/Admin Assistant They are looking for someone knowledgeable and personable to join their Finance/Admin Department and support them through a period of growth. Below is a list of duties you will undertake as Accounts Assistant:
Taking customer payments over the phone.
Processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier statements and resolving issues with suppliers using internal systems.
Uploading documents.
Working on our accounting software (sage), CRM software, scanning invoices and allocating to accounts
Accessing supplier portals to retrieve invoices, Pods, etc.
Other administration tasks to support the wider finance team
Processing, despatching & invoices orders
Answering customer enquires
Daily Bank postings, preparing cheques for banking
Bank reconciliations
Credit Card postings and reconciliation
. Petty Cash Reconciliation
Expenses
Posting Purchase Ledger Invoices
Creditors report
Preparing payment runs
Preparation of Credit Card accrual
Project forecasting
Double entry booking keeping experience preferred
Skills and competences
A high standard of work with close attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
A practical, innovate and flexible mindset
Experience in a similar role
Salary 25K-26K
