We are actively looking to hire an experienced full-time office-based Accounts and Admin Assistant to join our team located at our Maldon site.

The Accounts and Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support with the company accounts while assisting the Office Supervisor with...

Office organisation Processing customer orders Handling phone communication Pulling reports Data entry Data and reporting Reviewing and actioning the accounts email inbox Uploading invoices to Dropbox Sending Statements to clients Calculating employee hours Payroll Processing Credits Keeping records up to date Updating employee information and annual leave Liaising with accountants Other executive administrative tasks.
This role will be a split between accounts support and general admin duties, due to this experience within both is necessary.

Accounts payable experience Pay roll Good time management Good Phone Etiquette and communication skills Strong organisational skill Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively Experience with an accounting system (beneficial) Good attention to detail Experience with accounting software is beneficial
This is an office based role so all applicants must be able to reliably commute to Maldon on a daily basis.

Due to the location of the company a driving license is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
