Processing customer orders
Handling phone communication
Pulling reports
Data entry
Data and reporting
Reviewing and actioning the accounts email inbox
Uploading invoices to Dropbox
Sending Statements to clients
Calculating employee hours
Payroll
Processing Credits
Keeping records up to date
Updating employee information and annual leave
Liaising with accountants
Other executive administrative tasks.
This role will be a split between accounts support and general admin duties, due to this experience within both is necessary.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

This is an office based role so all applicants must be able to reliably commute to Maldon on a daily basis.
Due to the location of the company a driving license is preferred.
