We are looking to recruit a part time Accounts/Admin Assistant to join our friendly and reputable accountancy practice based in Maldon.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing support to the accounts team to prepare our clients VAT returns. This will include processing sales/purchase invoices, reconciling the bank, submitting VAT returns to HMRC, weekly and monthly payrolls.
Answering the telephone, dealing with incoming post, scanning documents. Undertaking any other duties to support the smooth running of the company.
Knowledge of Quickbooks, Sage and Xero is an advantage.
Expected hours: 9am - 2.30pm 4 days a week preferably Monday to Thursday
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
