A great opportunity has arisen for an accounts clerk/ administrator for Wilmoths Uckfield.
Experience of Motor trade accounts an advantage but not essential.
Our group has grown over the last three decades to become one of the the UK's largest Citroen dealerships.
Duties:
Taking ownership of branch purchase and sales ledgers and assisting with month-end processes.
Recording financial transactions in our accounting software, Including invoices, expenses, and payments.
Processing daily banking, including bank statements and other financial records to ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately.
Processing accounts payable and receivable, and making sure all bills are paid in a timely manner, and statements are sent out prior to deadlines.
Dealing directly with staff and suppliers and handling queries relating to invoices and other accounting issues.
Various administrative tasks, such as answering phones calls, responding to emails, and ensuring that all documentation is organised and filed onto our computer system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
