Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Accounts / Office Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in accounts and office administration, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:



Assisting with day-to-day accounts tasks such as ordering, matching delivery notes with invoices, invoicing, data entry, and collating payroll data Maintaining accurate administrative records Supporting general office administration duties Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally Assisting with filing, document management, and office organisation Providing support to the wider team as required

The Ideal Candidate:



Well organised with good attention to detail Confident using computers and basic software (e.g. Microsoft Office) Good communication skills, both written and verbal A positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided Willing to study to progress in a career in accounts/finance.
