Based in our newly built offices and workshop, we provide a modern, professional, and welcoming environment for both our staff and clients. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and well-organised Office & Accounts Administrator to join our friendly team and help support the smooth day-to-day running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
This varied and hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:
Accounts Admin:
Processing sales invoices, purchase invoices & credit notes accurately & in a timely manner, using accounting software
Placing orders with suppliers
Checking supplier pricing for accuracy and flagging discrepancies
Bank reconciliations
Office Admin:
Answering telephone calls
Welcoming clients & visitors & offering refreshments
Checking daily clocking in records
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Providing admin support to the sales team
Organising international shipments and booking couriers
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in an accounts or administrative based role
A confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, Kashflow - an advantage)
A positive, team-focused approach & willingness to help across departments
