Creative Office are looking for an Accounts/Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
We are seeking a well-organised and friendly person to join our close-knit team
What You'll Be Doing
Process purchase and sales invoices
Manage customer and supplier relationships
Reconcile supplier statements
Monitor email inboxes and deal with customer and supplier queries
Process staff expenses
Provide administrative support to and fulfil ad-hoc duties for the business
Support the smooth running of the office
Welcome visitors and answer phone calls
Manage office requirements, such as stationery, utilities and post
Ad-hoc duties to assist and support the wider office, as required
What We're Looking For
A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Proficient in modern accounting software such as Xero, Excel and Word
Organised and methodical approach to work
Ability to be flexible in the help of running the business
