We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Account Administrator to join us IMMEDIATELY. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various software applications. The Account Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer/sales ledger accounts.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Gmail for data management, and communication
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required
Provide clerical support including typing correspondence and maintaining filing systems
MUST be fully conversant with SAGE 50 accounting/Sage Payroll and CIS online submission.

Qualifications
Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent typing skills with a keen eye for detail in data entry tasks
Demonstrated clerical experience that showcases your ability to maintain accurate records
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette
