Job Description

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Officer/Assistant within our busy East Kilbride Office. The ideal candidate would be someone with a history and an interest in accounting and looking to progress their existing portfolio of experience. Specific role training will be provided in house. Working from 8.30am until 4.30pm (Mon-Fri ) the right candidate will have the opportunity for career progression within the company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Key Tasks



Answering the telephone

Managing incoming mail Supporting the Accounting staff Invoicing and payment applications Input of data and systems management Liaising with clients

Skills



Microsoft Excel experience Good IT kills A positive attitude The ability to work in a pressurised environment Professional telephone manner Excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00 per year
