We are a small friendly office seeking an accounts/payroll administrator proficient in Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll software and to carry out all aspects of day to day office duties . This is a part time role of minimum 24 hours, days negotiable, to start ASAP.
Duties
Administer end-to-end processing of weekly and 4 weekly payroll using Sage 50 payroll including HMRC submissions and year end procedures.
Up keep of employee details and holiday entitlements and dealing with any employee queries
checking and entering of purchase invoices
Monthly supplier payment run
Producing sales invoices and dealing with credit control
Entering payments and receipts
Bank reconciliation
reconciliation of petty cash account
complete and submit VAT return
generating reports when required
Producing job sheets and delivery notes
Producing quotations
answering telephone
sending emails
general filing and admin duties
Requirements
Proven experience with Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll
computer literate
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 15.00-16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
