Job Summary


We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires proficiency in various payroll systems and accounting software, as well as strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.

Duties



Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies. Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, including adjustments for overtime, bonuses, and deductions. Collaborate with the human resources department to manage employee benefits and resolve any payroll-related queries. Assist in accounts payable functions related to payroll expenses and reporting. Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Provide analytical support by generating reports on payroll metrics and trends for management review. Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation and best practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role within an accounting or HR environment. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Knowledge of accounts payable processes is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with employees at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
