We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join the Brocksbushes Team. We are a busy farm shop, butchery, restaurant, play barn and pick-your-own business, just outside Corbridge in Northumberland.

The role is for approximately 15-20 hours per week. We are relatively flexible on the days.

About the Role

As our Accounts & Payroll Administrator, you will report to the Head of Finance and play a key role in keeping our financial processes running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks Preparing monthly payroll & HR related admin tasks Managing invoices and receipts Supporting bank reconciliations and financial reporting Maintaining accurate financial records Assisting the management team with ad-hoc finance tasks

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

minimum of 2 years payroll & book keeping experience Previous experience in accounts, payroll, or a similar administrative finance role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with accounting software (Xero ideally, or similar) Good Excel and general IT skills Excellent organisational skills, honest & trustworthy A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to be part of the Brocksbushes team
