Accreditation Coordinator

to support the delivery of high-quality stadium access and match day accreditation across our venues--including Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Hive Stadium, and Scotstoun Stadium.


As Accreditation Coordinator, you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth operations for both Scottish Rugby and third-party events. From planning and system setup to match day delivery, you'll help create a secure and welcoming environment for all attendees.

What you will be doing:

Lead match day accreditation for Pro Team games and other events Manage accreditation centres and ad-hoc projects Monitor the Accreditation inbox and escalate queries Support the creation of event-specific accreditation reports Support parking coordination and event build planning Assist with stadium access systems and Gatehouse operations Maintain accurate databases and deputise for the Accreditation Manager

Friendly and adaptable customer service Strong problem-solving and critical thinking Clear and effective communication Event and security planning knowledge (advantageous but not essential) Flexibility to work evenings and weekends throughout the year
