We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual who has a keen eye for detail to join our dynamic team of Clinical Coders at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust!

Therefore, you must possess an exceptional attention to detail, be capable of organising your own workload and be able to work under pressure to ensure strict monthly departmental and national deadlines are met. You will have a proven record of working in a team and contributing to the team's success and be able to effectively communicate with all relevant healthcare professions.
In return, staff can choose to work on-site, hybrid or fully remote and we offer flexible working patterns, including compressed hours, to support a healthy work/life balance. We have a structured progression pathway and focus on promoting from within the team to help you advance in your career.
So, if you are looking for a role that offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to thrive within a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!
