About the Role:
As a ACT/ACD, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the safe and effective medication management for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide advice on adherence strategies and resolve general medication-related concerns.
Work closely with the pharmacist team to ensure excellent patient care, supporting the creation and maintenance of documentation and best practices.
Manage and maintain accurate patient records, track medication-related tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Ensuring accuracy and safety in handling and distributing medication and participating in the entire dispensing process

Key Requirements:
ACT or ACD Qualification
Strong knowledge of medication management and pharmaceutical regulations
Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and team members
