- Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of SOPs, supporting inspection readiness and regulatory compliance

- Assist with stock management, including ordering, expiry date checks, and cold-chain handling where required

- Act as a role model for safe dispensing practices, providing guidance and informal mentorship to dispensers, trainees, and junior technicians

- Maintain accurate, auditable records in line with GPhC standards and internal governance requirements

Minimum Service & Operational Expectations

- Maintain a consistently high standard of accuracy checking to support safe and timely supply of prescriptions, efficient delivery of NHS services such as Pharmacy First and other commissioned services, and smooth patient flow with reduced dispensing delays
