Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting pharmacists in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients. This position involves assisting with medication preparation, administration, and ensuring patient safety while adhering to all regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications. Ensure accurate medication administration and provide guidance to patients regarding their prescriptions. Maintain patient records and manage inventory of pharmaceutical supplies. Conduct medication reconciliation and assist in identifying potential drug interactions. Provide exceptional patient care by answering queries and addressing concerns related to medications. Uphold cleanliness and organisation within the pharmacy environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills

Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician, demonstrating familiarity with pharmacy operations. Strong knowledge of medication administration practices and protocols. Excellent patient care skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Job Type: Part-time
