Job description

?- You will be working alongside the pharmacist and the rest of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy on a day to day basis.

- You will be assisting with the management of pharmacy stock and inventory.

- You will be addressing queries and communicating with patients, customers and others over the phone.

- You will be preparing and dispensing medications in accordance with standard operating procedures(SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.

- You will be completing the final accuracy check on dispensed medications before they are supplied to the patient.

Job Details:



Number of Positions: 1

Schedule: Between 28-32 hours, over 4-5 days, Monday-Friday (negotiable)

Schedule Example:????

Monday 10:00am - 5:00pm (includes 1hr unpaid lunch)

Tuesday 10:00am - 5:00pm (includes 1hr unpaid lunch)

Wed 10:00am - 5:00pm (includes 1hr unpaid lunch)

Thurs 9:30am - 4:30pm (includes 1hr unpaid lunch)

Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm (includes 1hr unpaid lunch)

(A total of 30 hours weekly)

???Probation: 6 months

????Pay: 14.50 to 16/hr (Depending on experience)??

Qualifications and Requirements:



Registration with the appropriate body as an accuracy checker e.g. GPhC. A clearance on the enhanced DBS check. A willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards work in a professional healthcare setting is essential. Good IT skills and ability to adapt to and learn new software and systems. You will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping patients. You can demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high-quality healthcare service. You will need the ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments (as well as show efficiency in a slow-paced setting).
