Duties:
- Assist in the preparation, dispensing & accuracy checking of medications
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication administration
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and answer any medication-related questions
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience and qualification as a Pharmacy Technician or Dispenser technician is required
- Strong knowledge of medication names, dosages, and administration methods
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and inventory management
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
