Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accuracy Checking Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our MDS Hub in checking of MDS trays and our signature Pharmacy PAC pouches to ensure smooth operation. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Assist dispensers in the preparation of dispensing medications to patients. Ensure accurate record-keeping of medication administration and patient interactions. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the HUB pharmacy environment. Maintain accurate and efficient checking within the HUB to ensure delivery to branches in a timely fashion. Monitor inventory levels of medications and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician is highly desirable. Strong understanding of medication administration protocols and patient care practices. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Previous experience as an Accuracy Checking Dispenser is essential A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards.

Pay: 14.50-15.50 per hour
