The Role


As an

Acquisition Manager

, you will play a key role in supporting a local authority client by sourcing and acquiring residential properties that meet their specific requirements. Working as part of our expanding team, you will focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while building and deepening relationships with the assigned client.

This role requires a strong background in residential property sales and the ability to manage the acquisition process from start to finish. You will also oversee smooth conveyancing, administer contracts, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities



Property Sourcing:

Identify and secure residential properties that meet the client's specific criteria.

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and fostering a strong, collaborative partnership.

Strategic Collaboration:

Build deeper relationships with the assigned client, aligning their requirements with business goals and contributing to the success of the project.

Process Oversight:

Manage the acquisition process, including conveyancing, compliance, and contract administration, ensuring all elements run smoothly.

Performance Delivery:

Meet and exceed KPIs, ensuring efficient and high-quality property acquisitions.

Market Expertise:

Use your knowledge of the East London residential property market to source the best opportunities for the client.

About You


To thrive in this role, you will need a strong background in

residential property sales

and experience managing the end-to-end acquisition process. Your ability to balance client satisfaction with achieving business targets will be essential to success.

Requirements:



At least 3 years of experience in residential property sales or acquisitions. Ideally Propertymark qualified or equivalent. Strong knowledge of the East London residential property market and surrounding areas. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience managing conveyancing processes and contract administration. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a flexible, hybrid working environment.
