Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, the role of

Acquisition Marketing Executive

will be instrumental in keeping acquisition marketing efforts running smoothly and breaching into new areas. Supporting growth in both Paid and Organic Search channels, plus opportunity to work on projects across multiple additional acquisition channels on both tactical and strategic levels.

What you'll be doing...

Paid Search (PPC)

Own the daily monitoring of Google Ads and Bing Ads spend, identifying tactical opportunities. Report on regional spend and performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-efficiency. Rollout ad copy testing and campaign optimisations using Google Ads Editor. Testing and implementing emerging campaign advancements as they become available.

Content (& on-page SEO)

Building a content calendar that aligns with the overall acquisition strategy. Identifying opportunities and creating new content across blogs, landing pages and FAQs. Using SEMrush and other tools to find relevant keywords and improve content for better search visibility. Assist with the next evolution of our FAQ centre, creating how-to guides and imagery. Monitor and report on changes in our Organic metrics and search performance.

Acquisition Expansion

Supporting multi-channel marketing initiatives to grow core customer base; including but not limited to Digital Streaming, Print, Events, Sponsorship and Paid Social.

You love digital marketing, particularly Search, measurement and growing online presence. You're a numbers person; we love to track what we do, celebrate our wins and learn from our losses. You enjoy a varied workload, one day it's full PPC focus and the next it's writing content for landing pages. Testing new ideas is something you get excited about, seeing your ideas come to life. You love a mix of office and home working - office being ideal for collaboration and ideas whilst homeworking allows you to get your head into data.

What your background should be...

Essential

Understanding of digital marketing principles, pay-per-click advertising, audience targeting, and performance optimisation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to write engaging content for blogs and landing pages. Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and testing new strategies.

Favourable

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Paid Search, SEO, and/or Paid Social. Experience using Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs. Proven experience of copywriting and content creation across multiple mediums. Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Looker Studio for tracking and reporting.

Location...

This role is currently hybrid-based, with the requirement to attend our office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire on a weekly basis, frequency determined by commute distance as per our office attendance policy.
