Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for performing various nail services, ensuring that clients leave feeling pampered and satisfied. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand client needs will be essential in delivering a personalised experience.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations based on their individual needs. Ensure excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to client inquiries. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques. Assist with makeup application as needed to enhance the overall client experience. Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

Experience

Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is ESSENTIAL Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A passion for beauty and aesthetics, with an eye for detail in nail design and application. Knowledge of health and safety standards related to nail care is an advantage.
