? What You'll Do

As part of our growing team, you'll be at the heart of providing top-tier automation support across the UK. Your expertise will help keep our PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems running smoothly, ensuring clients get the best possible service.

Your day-to-day will include:

Automation Support: Deliver essential support to maintain system integrity during breakdowns and installation. Fault Finding: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using your expertise to follow logic and find the root cause. System Modifications: Collaborate with clients to define and implement system changes, keeping their operations seamless. Health Checks: Regularly check on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and network systems to ensure optimal performance. Customer Support: Provide both remote and on-site support, assisting customers across the UK. On-Call Rota: Be part of the out-of-hours support rota, with flexibility to work around your personal schedule.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who:

PLC Programming & Fault Finding Experience: You have hands-on experience working with PLC systems and diagnosing complex issues. Multibrand Expertise: You're comfortable working across various PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, and quick to pick up new ones. Problem-Solving Skills: You're methodical in your approach, listening carefully to client needs and resolving issues efficiently.
