Acting Agent

As an agent, you'll act as the key liaison between talent and industry professionals, advocating fiercely for your clients and securing the best possible opportunities on their behalf.
Key Responsibilities:
Finding Opportunities
Proactively seek auditions, castings, and performance gigs that align with clients' skills and ambitions. Stay ahead of industry trends and build a deep understanding of casting needs.
Negotiating Contracts
Handle all aspects of contract negotiation, ensuring fair compensation, favorable terms, and solid working conditions for your clients.
Career Management
Offer strategic career advice and long-term planning, helping clients make decisions that support both creative fulfillment and professional growth.
Marketing and Promotion
Promote clients through tailored marketing strategies, secure publicity opportunities, and coordinate interviews and features.
Relationship Building
Cultivate and maintain strong connections with casting directors, producers, directors, and other key figures across theatre, film, television, and digital media.
Client Advocacy
Represent your clients' best interests at every stage, from first audition to contract completion, ensuring they're protected and supported in a competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in talent representation, casting, production, or related roles within the entertainment industry.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
A well-established network of industry contacts.
Excellent communication and time management abilities.
