The Hall Residential Home has an excellent reputation for care delivery and for helping our residents to "make new memories".

We are located in the village of Thornton-le-Dale with excellent transport links to Pickering, Malton and Scarborough. The Hall is a beautiful, Grade II-listed building that delivers exceptional care to all our residents.

An opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and conscientious individual to come and work alongside our dedicated team as we are looking to recruit a Wellbeing Assistant who can boast the following attributes:

Able to create imaginative and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability. Focus on enhancing our residents wellbeing, independence and social interaction. To assist with planning and overseeing activities, outings and events. Able to inspire our residents to get involved and engage with others. Someone who has genuine care for people and has the ability to think outside the box. Maintain our links and establish new ones within the local community.
This is an extremely rewarding role for someone with a creative and enthusiastic approach as you will be spending time getting to know our wonderful residents.

We are offering an opportunity to join us on a part time permanent contract of 28 hours per week which will be worked over 4 days to include alternate weekends.

Previous experience would be preferred, however, this is not essential as we will ensure you have any necessary training provided to develop your skills.
