Job Description

Join our team and help make a difference. We are a home looking after people living with Dementia. This Role will have you join our leisure and lifestyle team and help our family live well and have meaningful activity which matches their interests and abilities. you will help care planning, preparing a varied schedule and orientating the home and rooms. This will include group activities and 1-1. The person for this role will need to be outgoing, about to use initiative, think outside the box and like a challenge, to be able to change a moment in a minute is key. you will need to be good at communicating and working as part of a team and alone.

Training is also provided.

The job is 21 hours a week on a rota this will include some weekend work.

Hours are 9-4 but may vary when parties and events

Documentation is computerised and recorded as a live feed.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
