Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Activities Co-ordinator to join our team .
Your main responsibilities as the Activities Co-ordinator will be to work alongside staff, residents & relatives to identify what is important to residents, and supports them to have purpose & meaning in their life. You will design activity on a personalised basis to improve individual wellbeing of residents, and support staff in developing and maintaining these activities. You will offer a variety of both group & individual sessions, to ensure no-one is excluded.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in a care environment and preferably have experience within an organisational role. You are compassionate and committed to providing high quality care to our residents. You are able to work autonomously as well as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.37 per hour
