The Role:



As an Activities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering

exceptional all-round care

by creating a fun, stimulating, and inclusive environment. You'll design and lead imaginative activity programmes tailored to the interests and needs of our residents--promoting wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:



Getting to know residents and their families to plan personalised activity schedules Organising engaging daily group and one-to-one sessions Encouraging community connections and outings Promoting inclusion, positivity, and meaningful interaction across the home

What We're Looking For:



Warm, empathetic and enthusiastic personality Organised, proactive and people-focused Creative approach to planning fun, meaningful activities Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but

not essential
